My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room onto the back courtyard was a decent size, but the uneven floor was a bit bothersome, and it tended to get warm requiring the fan to be on all night. Though the decor was slightly dated, the rooms were still pleasant to stay in. The service, while mostly helpful, had a couple of lapses, such as taking condiments too quickly and the challenging trek to the third floor with no lift. The location, despite needing a bit of sprucing up, was clean and comfortable, situated conveniently in the heart of town. The dining experience inside the hotel was enjoyable, particularly the lovely breakfast options available. The facilities were decent, offering a comfortable stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were really huge and comfortable, with a modern bathroom, but the view overlooking a scruffy yard was not ideal. Unfortunately, I couldn't get the wifi to work during my stay. The service was a bit hit-and-miss, but they did go out of their way to provide bus timetables for me. The location was excellent, right in the town center, but with some room for improvement in terms of maintenance. The dining experience had its positives and negatives, offering a good selection of choices but lacking some amenities like tomato juice. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancement.

The hotel's location is perfect right in the town center, ideal for exploring the lakes. The rooms face the tower clock, with the drawback of the clock ringing every 15 minutes, making it challenging to rest in the evening. The service was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff making us feel welcome. The dining experience was excellent, with well-presented dishes that stayed warm till the last bite.
